Faster and cheaper broadband for the UK

i have a broadband connection and i think that it is too slow a think that the broadband service in the UK should be as fast as what other European countrys have and the price should be just as cheap. I know that Japan isnt in Europe but in japan you can get 100MB boradband uncapped for 15.69 an in the country you pay on average 17.99 for 1MB broadband and this is capped. I think that more speeds should be available to every one of the UK and it should be much much cheaper as well
