We the undersigned call on our U.S. Senators, in particular the Gang of 14 and those affiliated with the Democratic Party, to support the filibustering of Associate Justice nominee Samuel Alito.
The past 68 years have brought amazing judicial reform, which will undoubtedly be overturned by Associate Justices Thomas, Scalia, Kennedy, Alito (if confirmed), and Chief Justice John Roberts.
Action must be taken now.
