Final Exam Schedule Conflict

To whom it concern,
I am a student at the American University of Technology currently also enrolled at the Lebanese University as an English Literature major student. However, my finals at the latter are starting soon and not only have I not adequately prepared for them (due to my attending the former), but i am worried of the possibility of their being simultaneous with those at A.U.T. also, during this coming period my absences may increase. Since my grades in all courses are remarkably high i am hoping that:
A. The administration would be kind enough to re-schedule any final i MIGHT fail to attend, to any other given day, provided it does not conflict with the schedule sheet i have presented.
B. The administration would be kind enough to overlook my absences in the coming period or if even possible excuse me from attending on those days.
