Most have heard the story by now; it appears that in the first time over 100 years the winner or the Tour de France may be stripped of his title due to doping allegations. It seems that initial evidence is inconclusive, and as more is released and reported on by the worlds press Floyd Landis appears to be found guilty before being proven innocent.
This petition simply asks that Floyd Landis is allowed to to prove his innocence before being judged and sentenced.
