Force a public vote to rescind state employee payraise and expense accounts

Michigan state government is not only going to get a 3\% raise this year, but on top of their already overpaid salaries, they also get an expense account ranging from $12,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year. I believe, as bad as Michigan's economy is, layoffs in the tens of thousands, school closings, people & manufacturers abandoning the state, The last thing that should happen is the very people meant to represent us should reap benefits and salary raises off the remaining citizens struggling so hard to keep from losing everything.
