As seen on news how congolese people have been slautered by its neighbours, women are raped, children are killed but the congolese governement has not shown ant compassion to the victims, none of thee criminals are brought to he international justice, the United Mission to Congo has witnessed most of massacres but no action is taken so far...Today we victims of the sient genocide are ready to use similar means to defend ourself, unfortunatly the Monuc are now stopping us..DO WE HAVE RIGHT TO DEFEND OURSELF USING PROPORTIONAL MEANS AS OUR ENNMIS OR NOT?
