To Whom It May Concern,
Earlier in April the Gettysburg Military National Park Superintendent Dr. John Latschar proposed a park closure plan for dawn till dusk operations. If adopted, a $75 fine will be implemented if found in the park after dark. I am outraged by this proposal and the ongoing allegations that "The predominant after-hours use of this park is for drinking, drugs, and ghost-hunting." This statement was said by Dr. Latschar and recorded by WHTM TV, Harrisburg. I for one do not associate myself with drinking, drugs, and trouble. I am a spiritual investigator or support the research. Also I for one oppose this plan and if it is passed, I will be severely disappointed and will think twice about setting foot in Gettysburg again.
