We the undersigned believe that David Emerson elected as a Liberal Member of Parliament for the riding of Vancouver Kingsway was an excellent choice for federal cabinet.
We also believe that the initiative demonstrated by Conservative Leader Stephen Harper should be properly rewarded and we therefore request that his annual stipend be increased by not more than 10\% of his gross salary, effective immediately.
The people of Canada believe this leader deserves to be properly rewarded for his ongoing loyalty, unselfishness and devotion to duty to this country.

I am in Emerson's riding and voted for him only because I thought he was the most legitimate candidate. Liberal, Conservative, I don't care...Emerson is a great selection for Minister of International Trade. Give Harper a raise.
