Give Maddox the Official Title "King of the Internet"

Everyone knows Maddox (of The Best Page in the Universe - http://maddox.xmission.com/, or http://thebestpageintheuniverse.com/) is the true king of the internet, but why not make it official? Sign this petition if you also think that Maddox should be the official king of the internet.
If you're not sold yet, here are some reasons that Maddox should be the OFFICIAL KING OF THE INTERNET:
1. He alerts the public of their own stupidity in an effective, blunt, hilarious, and respectable format.
2. He's awesome.
3. He's a pirate.
4. 111,435,468 people think he's right about everything, as of 3:11 PM (EST US and Canada) on Tuesday, May 31st, 2005.
Now, who would be able to rightfully deem Maddox the official King of the Internet? After doing a little looking around, I designed IANA (Internet Assigned Numbers Authority) would be most appropriate - are basically the closest you can get to "running" the internet. Although the internet is decentralized, without IANA (http://www.iana.org/) the internet would most likely fall into chaos. So, this petition goes out to them.
In closure, if you truly support this cause, please show your support by signing up. You may remain anonymous, and you will not receive any e-mail regarding or as a result of this after you sign.
