Give Stan Collymore the chance to play for Forest again

We, a section of the Forest fans would like to see City Ground Hero Stan Collymore return to Forest. This petition will be presented to Collymore, his agent and the club, along with as many media sources as we can.
We think that Collymore is the best striker currently on the market that we could attract for a wage. Collymore has expressed an interest in playing professional football again and is only 36. We believe that he could fire us to back to back promotions.
We understand that some fans would have reservations about his signing so we propose the club invites him for a two week trial, followed by the possibility of a short term or rolling contract.
Whilst we understand that nobody can live on former glories, it is important to realise just how good Stan was infront of gaol, which then gives way to believe he can reach similar standards given the difference in quality of opposition from his Premiership dasy and our current situation.
A quick 'Googling' of Stan brings up such a wide and diverse array of subjects, but if you focus on the football based hits, you will see that this is a man capable of putting the ball in the net. He would not be the oldest man at the club, and would certainly not be the least fit.
If you believe Collymore could do a job for us at this level, or would like to at least find out if he could with a trial, please sign our petition, regardless of if you think it will never happen. We would like the club to acknowledge the fans and are trying to get our voices heard, the more signatures we collect the more weight we have behind our suggestion.
