Give us oil for your illegal aliens

Dr. Michael Savage has come up with the perfect solution for dealing with the monetary drain that illegal aliens from Mexico place on the United States of America. He states that the United States of America should charge Mexico one barrel of oil per month for every Mexican illegal alien that is in our country. That is the perfect solution.
