Brisbane’s public transport system is atrocious. Regularly troubled, inconsistent, late, poorly serviced and lacking in organisation, frequency and forethought, we’re even expected to pay far more than Australia’s other major cities, for a far less convenient and fair service.
– How does this even help to promote public transport use? Especially when Brisbane’s council boasts of being ‘green’ and thinking about the future? Are they serious?
It’s time public transport was a viable feasible option for all, for the sake of our cities. - The world’s best all have this common trait at their core! – Something that is not only convenient, but efficient, timely and useful – it could even be engaging, for passengers and staff! – why not?.
The benefits, particularly for our planet (but also for local business, local communities, transportation, our savings and our health) are innumerable.
