Help Make Abortion Illegal

Abortion should be made illegal. Some people refer to a fetus as a clump of cells, but by the 3rd week of pregnancy that clump of cells has a heart beat. Some people say, it doesnt matter because its not like it hurts the baby, they dont even know whats going on! Wrong. By the 5th week of pregnancy the baby develops the 'feeling' part of the brain. The thalamus serves as a relay station between the senses and the brain. The hypothalamus produces basic drives and emotions such as hunger, thirst, pleasure, and fear. By the 8th week of pregnancy the baby is able to cry (silently). Most abortions are done after the 8th weeks of pregnancyso yes your baby feels it and yes your baby can cry. We always hear in the news about how a woman is going to prison for leaving her baby in a garbage can or somewhere to die because she didnt want it. Well whats the difference in abortion? All your doing is going to a doctor to have him kill it...your STILL killing it! So its ok if a doctor kills a baby but not the women herself? Doesnt make much sense to me. I think both cases are murder and shouldnt be tolerated. If you have been watching the Scott Peterson trial lately he was charged for murdering his unborn baby (and wife). But, how can you charge a man that murders his unborn baby and not charge a woman that murders her unborn baby through abortion (varying by state, a woman can have an abortion anytime before birth)? Women complain that they should have the choice to murder their babies. Well that baby is a child not a choice.
