Help Mr. Rahmatollah Rahimi darabagh and his family

we are submitting this letter in unequivocal support of Mr. Rahmatollah Rahimi who is living in Sweden since 2006 and until now Swedish authorities didnt accept his apply. They accepted by UNHCR in Iraq on 2002 and in turkey on 2003 but because of disagreement of Turkish government he and his family couldnt leave turkey legally. While he didnt receive a positive decision by Sweden immigration his wife with their children arrived to Norway on 2008 and after two years they also received negative decision by Norwegian immigration. This family are a unique case of XNI cases who are wandering in Europe as a tragedy for an Iranian family who they are homeless since 1999 -2002 in Iraq, 2002- 2006 in turkey, 2006 - 2010 in Sweden and his wife and their children since 2008 until 2010 in Norway.
We respectfully request Swedish government / Immigration to recognize Mr. Rahmatollah Rahimi darabagh and try to help them to re-unite after a long time abnormal situation for re-building their new life.
