We the citizens of Henrico County and the Elko area of Varina strongly urge the County NOT to approve the petition of Ntelos to install a cell tower on any property on White Oak Road.
Ntelos received permission to install a cell tower on Beulah Road. We do not believe that it is necessary to install a second tower on White Oak Road and are STRONGLY OPPOSED!!! We do not want the area of Varina to become a "cell tower farm".
Therefore, the undersigned strongly urge the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission of Henrico County, Virginia to deny this petition for construction of the Ntelos tower on the current proposed site on White Oak Road.
