Hilltop Apartment Rent Reimbursement

We feel all Hilltop Apartment residents should be reimbursed for each month we are being unfairly charged for the use of our air conditioning. Over the past month, the Hilltop Apartment Community has been made aware of the increase in carbon monoxide levels. As residents, we understand the air conditioning units should be turned off for the time being while alleviating the problem. We realize that this process needs time but at the same instance we are being unfairly charged for the use of this amenity and have had to endure the heat that the last month has brought. We are paying a large sum of money to live on campus, but we are not reaping the benefits to date. Therefore, we feel that a reimbursement of some sort is in order.
