Hinduism misrepresentation by the BBC

Are you tired of uneducated and uninformed BBC reporters misrepresenting Hinduism? Here is the latest gem from our friends at BBC : http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/5129082.stm : This article describes Shiva as the "Hindu lord of war"!!!
As a proud Indian and Hindu who has been born and bred on the lofty Hindu ideals of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" (The world is my family) and "Ahimsa paramo dharma" (Non-injury is the highest religion), I find this statement highly objectionable. I demand that the BBC reporters stop viewing the world through the cultural/religious glasses that they have grown up with and learn about a foreign culture/religion before publishing horrenduosly incorrect statements .To Hindus, Lord Shiva symbolizes pure unconditional consciousness - something as far as you can get from the "god of war"!
I commend the BBC on its incisive reporting on social issues in modern day India including but not limited to women empowerment, education and casteism in rural india. I hope that in the future, it only publishes articles from reporters who know what they are talking about.
