Hold the Democratic Party Responsible for unConstitutional Acts

I, the below signee, swear to not vote for a Democrat for any Federal or State level office for a term of not less than ten years, in the event that "Obamacare" gets passed through any form of unConstitutional, unDemocratic chicanery such as "the self-executing rule" or any procedure which does not place an actual bill before both Houses of Congress for a publicly executed up or down vote.

I will hold the Democratic leaders as well as the Democratic party directly responsible for such efforts to avoid the clearly stated purpose of the Constitution's Article I, Section 7.

For a direct up or down vote, I will hold only the voters for that bill personally responsible in future elections, but will not consider the party itself responsible for their votes.

I will, however, hold the party as a whole responsible if they attempt to pass the bill while attempting to hide their actions behind clearly unConstitutional parliamentary chicanery.

The result of such passage will not mean merely losses of my votes for incumbents, but a determination on my part to never vote for Democrats at all, under any circumstances, for a period of not less than 10 years.
