Hot Topic in Kansas City

I am writing this petition on behalf of the HOT TOPIC clothing store. Many people are fond of it, and spend a lot of their money there, yet for those of us in other cities, we have to drive to Independence Mall for that one shop. I am proposing that the owner of Hot Topic make a franchise of his/her store. They should create more stores in places such as Metro North Mall, where it is closer to a majority of the people who shop at Hot Topic, and there is enough room for another store. Rumor has it, the only reason they won't put Hot Topic or a store like it in Antioch Mall or Metro North, is because they don't want to draw a "bad crowd." Meaning the don't want the "punks" or "freakers" in their mall. However, that is decrimination! I'm not sure if this rumor is true though, so please don't quote me. But if you agree that Hot Topic should be closer to you...particularly in Kansas City, Mo, please sign this petition. Or if you are against descrimination, please also sign this!
