We applaud your company on the creation of a truly excellent car. The Matrix is a very multitalented vehicle. Its hatchback design allows a lot of cargo space in such a small vehicle. It is very easy to get in and out of. The high roofline ensures that larger people have plenty of headroom. Since the Matrix is built off the Corolla, one can expect a very dependable car. The 4-cylinder VVTi engine ensures quick acceleration when needed and excellent gas mileage when not needed.
However, due to the rising gas prices and increased environmental concerns, more gas/electric hybrid cars are needed to reduce the demand for oil. We believe the Matrix would be an excellent hybrid to manufacture. The added horsepower of an electric engine could also give the Matrix a bit more of an advantage to avoid the stampede of gas-guzzling SUVs.
