Immediate Ban on Drug Tests

We the following people that have signed this petition, demand that urine analysis tests be prohibited in the work environment with exceptions to machine operators. It's a clear violation of our privacy and constitutional rights. Urinalysis tests not only can determine the presence of drugs or alcohol but can determine which types of prescribed medications are in a persons system, whether or not a female is pregnant, etc. We believe our rights are being violated and demand that urinalysis tests be prohibited in the work place. We would like our rights back and ask you to do the right thing and keep our privacy to ourselves and not disclose it to potential employers, and other persons.
