Increase underground parking security

Subsequent to recent vehicle break-ins in the underground parking lot of 3528 Vanness Avenue, we the undersigned demand that Concert Property Management take proper measures in an attempt to improve and preserve the security of our underground parkade. "Proper measures" is defined as:
a)Hiring 24-hour security exclusively for the underground parking lot
and/or
b)Installing more cameras in the underground parkade and then REVIEWING taped occurrences immediately following any incidents that may occur.
and/or
c)Any other measure that will realistically help to solve this issue.
If our demands are not met, we as a group of tenants may take action against Concert Property Management for not meeting the needs of its tenants.
