Insegnamento Linguistico Universitario

I firmatari, docenti e ricercatori delle università italiane, chiedono che venga al più presto definita la figura professionale dell'insegnante universitario di madrelingua, in sostituzione dellattuale profilo di Collaboratore ed Esperto Linguistico, distinguendola dal personale tecnico-amministrativo. Lattività di questi insegnanti include tutte le fasi che definiscono la funzione didattica: programmazione, lezione, verifica e valutazione. Tale attività, quindi, non può essere ridotta a mero supporto tecnico.
Questo appello viene fatto nellinteresse generale del sistema universitario italiano, affinché si interrompa la sequela dei contenziosi legali che hanno pesantemente condizionato linsegnamento delle lingue negli atenei italiani. Tali contenziosi sono anche alla base della cautela con cui tuttora si affronta in Italia lo sviluppo dellofferta di insegnamenti linguistici universitari. Linsegnamento delle lingue da parte di insegnanti qualificati e di madrelingua arricchisce sia quantitativamente che qualitativamente lofferta formativa delle università italiane e dà un forte impulso alla loro internazionalizzazione.
