Introducing a 'Fail' rating

I, Uber_dude, of Facepunch forums, am proposing the introduction of a Fail rating.
This would probably stop a lot a flaming as well as people would have a more convenient way of saying total failure. A good argument for this rating to be introduced is this recent post:

Now, it would seem this guy thinks that he is one of the first to find this gem. Wrong.
He has a load of people having to reply with the word Fail. A fail rating would eliminate the need to type this!
