Recently, on his Fox News radio program, Bill OReilly threatened a caller with a visit as a result of notification to Fox Security and local authorities because the caller mentioned the name of Keith Olbermann.
Appearing on Keith Olbermanns show on MSNBC, former Connecticut State Prosecutor Susan Filan explained the First Amendment and legal ramifications of Bill OReilly threat.
Ms. Filan described OReilly threat as patently absurd and an attempt to commandeer local law enforcement.
She suggested that OReilly, rather than the caller, would be a fitting subject for an investigation.
We agree and respectfully urge you to open an investigation of Mr. OReilly threatening behavior.
