Iranian applicants to immigrate to Canada in different categories

With respect in advance, we undersigned, are a group of Iranian who have applied to immigrate to Canada in different categories. Federal skilled workers (MI), Quebec skilled workers, provincial nominees, investment applicants and etc, whose files are in process at Ankara visa office
. 

Moreover, as you are informed for sure, Ankara visa office is also responsible for processing the study permits, sponsorship and also visits visas to Canada
.

We appreciate all efforts which have been done by the hard working officers in this visa office, but unfortunately due to the huge number of files transferred to Ankara after the closure of Tehran and Damascus visa offices, a backlog of work has created in this visa office which definitely indicates that this visa office cannot afford to accomplish this lobar
. 

By this letter we ask you to consider this issue and set such instructions that other Canadian visa offices which are less busy can help Ankara in this regard. Specifically Quebec skilled workers could be sent to Paris visa office as the other ones did, or study permit visas could be processed at another visa office like Abu Dhabi. This would result in a faster processing time which is better for all applicants and consequently the CIC
. 

We decided to write to you because we believe Canada is a great country and is different from where we have been lived. It can hear us, we can count on your help that you care about the human rights of educated and capable people, who are suffering from a long wait, living in a limbo of decisions and are experiencing an unstable life situation.

However, we know your limitation and understand that you are facing a huge volume of applications; we appreciate all your efforts and are looking forward your kind attentions paid to this matter.
