Justicce for mentally ill inmate

I am pleading for help of my 19 yr. old son before his time runs out.
At age 7 he was adopted by his grandparents, do to my past addiction to crack cocaine,and they most certainly did the very best they could have ever done as adoptive parents.
Yet he was attracted to gangs & drugs. At age 12 he attempted to steal a car, wich is a Felony, he was suposse to go to the Brown School for the Mentally Ill, in Tampa Florida, yet that yr. it stoped taking Felonies, so Brandon ended up going to Juvinle Justice Systems. While at those detention centers Brandon went through drug classes and received as well was able to get his GED. He was giving it his all to have a changed world.
It got time for Brandon to go home, he was almost 18, & he pleaded to be kept in where he felt safe, away from all the gangs & drugs, he was absolutly terrified of the out side world & requested for anyone in our family to move out of state, we couldn't.
So he vandilized their maintence room & said to them "I wont be going home now charge me!" They did.
My parents at their age was not able to make it to his court date, do to several spinal issues neither was I. Brandon was prirorly diagnosted by DR Luis Rodregous of Brooksville Fl. as insain, & Bipolar.
We all thought do to Brandon's state of mind they would do some sort of syke test to see if he was commitent to make dessions or not correctly.
He fired his Public defender & asked to be sentenced to what ever the State was recommending, it was 2 yrs. DOC time or longer probation, he choose the time.
At the 2nd Prison Institution, Indian River CI Brandon was raped, then transfered to Martin CI. He cut his penis needing stitches right afterwards. and made alot of suicide attempts. Each time Brandon is relocated he goes off of his needed syke drugs, The last time he tried to kill hiimself he loccked himself up in his cell and set it on fire, not 1x but 2x's.
He was read his rights & as well thetened by guards that he'll be getting about 15 yrs. possible for each Arson, he has never beeen seen by a judge yet not even 1st appearaance.
While On suicide watch he has been able to cut his throat from ear to ear. I am scared do to his mental illnesses he will not make it out, further more the facts that are writen about the rape, that I have copies of, yet No Justice ever done, like it is a legal act in prison and that it was ok. Now because of mixwed messages to a mentally ill person from authority, he now calls hiomself " Ciera Velvet", and has continued to be raped by his own choice, the 1st time it was not by chooice.
My son needs to be sent home a.s.a.p. so he can be safe, thive & receive and continue to receive the syke treatment he desevered before being sentenced norless what he'll need when he gets out.
I can not change this, yet YOU CAN and it WILL depend on his future life, as he is held, each day I wonder if I'll get a call saying his suicide lead to his dealth.
At FSP he was held on Dealth Row because they didn;t have another place to put him in and be was being watched for suicide, he wrote me saying," mom I am right accross from sparky, but they don't use him any more". This is not going to change by writing the institutions because then he is at more danger so please don't, if their are medical records needed I have over 500 pages for a little over a yr. time, have not been through then all, yet did get to the parts of rape, self torcher & suicide attepts that followed, as it took my son a yr. to tell me in bits & pieces, when I got the whole story I sent for his medical file's, it was part of the 1st 100 pages, & I do have certain things documented put aside, let me know if there is anything I can personally get while still protecting his safty. I do have his medical release forms signed. PLease help while my young son has life left in his breath. He has so much more life to live & at one time really was trying to make the best of it all getting his GED and taking the drug couse, yet with his suicide attempts again, & again, along with everytime they move him he goes off his needed syke meds untill their Doctors at their facility see's him. All the syke drugs he's ever been on say DO NOT GO STRAIGHT OFF, yet he has been, do to prison regulations that as well need to be changed, these people do get out someday, & depending on their treatment will depend on their tommorrows, if they have one left.
I am trying to every last extream to have his voice be heard.

He's to go back to FSP after his treatment is over with that they all of a sudden started giving him, yet when I called 4 days afterwords & spoke to a nurse Allin I was told he was brought over for medical treatment yet because of bed space he is still being held in a holding cell & that he should not have been sent oveer till there was a bed ready. He is due out 9/06, then at that time possible rechared him with Arson with the County Jail waiting out sidde the prison gate'.
This should not be allowed along with continued mental abuse of issolation due to suicide attempts, due to the rape they never protected him from.
He needs help, help DOC can not provide and help they have not provided.
