Justice for Kevin

We, the undersigned, hereby challenge the San Diego District Attorney to publicly take a side -- choose their own incompetent prosecutors, or confirm the innocence of a wrongfully convicted man and endorse his plea for freedom. Kevin Michael Thornton was wrongfully convicted of rape in 2002, and despite his petition for relief under the law, the District Attorney has remained mute, and remained silent while injustice is allowed to fester. We call upon the DA to immediately respond.
