Keep the Newport Transporter Bridge Open All Year

I regret the decision by Newport City Council to close the Transporter Bridge from October to Easter and call upon the Council to open the Bridge throughout the year, at the very least at weekends and Bank Holidays (except Christmas day & Boxing day).
