Kellogs Should Give Rightful Owners Their Refunds

I will not buy a product promoted off of a Kellog's product due to the fact that if i do i run the risk of not getting my money back when I am due for a refund just because i placed an order in someone else's name yet i paid for it with my own check. I am aware that if i order something from Kellogs that i must put the order in my own name if i am to get a refund when they fail to provide the product that i ordered. This is so because if i place the order as a gift in someone else's name yet I paid for it with a legal document such as a check i will not be compensated when they fail to provide the ordered product.
