Kentucky internet harassment

In the state of Kentucky it is illegal to harass and stalk people via phone, letter, or telegraph. The internet needs to be added to this list. If you have ever been drove crazy by an internet stalker, but the cops say the laws are against you, please sign this petition and let them know that harassment is harassment, no matter what medium is used. We want it to be illegal to send someone abusive messages repeatedly for months at a time. We want it to be illegal for someone to write lies about another person on the internet to defame their character. We want it to be illegal to repeatedly spam someones web site or guest book with hateful slander. Kentucky needs to realize that stalking and harassment goes on via the internet more often than via telegraph, and telephone. It is time to put our foot down and say enough!
