Petition to the President of India: Killing Of Honest Capt Kohli At Kupwara District,Jammu

His Excellency President of the Republic of India Mr. Abdul Kalam ji,

Sir, this petition is addressed to you, to request you to please order a fair probe into the killing of Captain Sumit Kohli at kupwara district,jammu.
Army has termed it as a suicide , but according to their family members it was preplanned murder by their army counterparts...

i think we must support their family members in their bad time and as per their request a probe should b ordered or cbi enquiry should b done

according to family sumit was not happy with the goings in the army.he was aware of the fact that false killings of millitants is shown by the army officers to get some medals
it is a very serious matter because faith of indian people on army is shattering and one day ... no child will b having a dream to join indian army and serve the nation

according to sumit;s family members, no step has been taken by the army Colonel posted at kupwara .. in this case.. nor the belongings of captain kohli has been returned yet.if colonel is right in his sayings then he should give the evidence of captain sumit kohli;s suicide.
but as truth cant hide... the things are coming out
still no step has been taken by the army against that colonel

captain sumit kohli was a shaurya chakra awardee and was a honest guy . he was determined to join indian army and had done extremely hard work ..to join army . his family never expected that corruption is also present in army
army has highlly broken the dreams of ... family

i again request you to please order a fresh probe in this case
