We, the undersigned, have been informed of the following:
* Since 1994, Darren Koehn has maintained his step-son died by Accident, and was NOT a victim of Murder or any other crime.
* Most critical to this claim is a FALSE Forensic report, published at the ~ Free Darren Koehn ~ website, which reveals questionable printing errors that appear central to the verdict.
* Koehn was denied legal representation to review this false evidence, although the impact upon the verdict has never been exposed to the Court. He is still in prison.
We, the undersigned,
agree this creates the appearance of a gross Miscarriage of Justice, as the Court was never aware it was weighing false evidence, and a man has served eleven years of a life sentence based on this error.
We, the undersigned,
urge a review and investigation of the FALSE FORENSIC evidence, and its effect upon the trial, as well as the circumstances that allowed such a flagrant evidence error to survive TWO trials.

urge a quick and FAIR resolution of this case - to restore public confidence in the administration of Justice.
