Legal Aid laws

Should the Government of New Zealand be allowed too decide who should be allowed too represent you in new Zealand Courts.

Why are New Zealand lawyers,  victims who fall foul too the system not allowed too have the best they can have, but instead be punished by having there rights as a human being be controlled by others. Not everyone can afford a lawyer and legal aid is meant too protect the less fortunate.  I know there have been lawyers who have done wrong under the system, but what right do the ones that have played by the rules suffer too.

I would like too know the statics of how many people have been failed and repeatedly by the given choice of not haveing the representation you so derserve.

i would be very interested in having the legal aid laws changed too what they were in the past for the fairness of all involved.

please sign this so changes can be made  for the lawyers who are good at what they do and the victims who fall foul too it.
