Libertad ya para Rubén González

Quienes firmamos el presente pedido consideramos que la condena al sindicalista venezolano Rubén González, secretario general del Sindicato de Trabajadores de Ferrominera es inconstitucional y exhortamos al sistema de administración de justicia, especialmente al tribunal de alzada que conocerá del caso en apelación, a respetar las garantías al debido proceso y dictar una sentencia apegada a la Constitución en garantía al derecho a la huelga de los trabajadores.

Exigimos también el cese de la criminalización de la protesta en el país dónde el uso del sistema penal se ha convertido en un mecanismo para intentar silenciar las denuncias y reclamos de la sociedad.
