Please sign this petition if you are opposed to the Liquor Store that has applied for a business license in Hanson Ranch Plaza. Ambition Performing Arts is appealing the application in conjunction with the Hidden Valley Community Association, Community Residents and clientel who utilize the merchants in the mall.
Ambition Performing Arts main concern is our designation on our city business license is a "School" this means a liquor store should not be allowed to operate with in 150 meters of our establishment.
The proposal for the Liquor store requires that 2 parking stalls be taken to use as a loading space in the absence of a loading dock in the building. This plaza already has a shortage of parking during operation hours.
We are also aware that many community residents have concerns about the proximity of this business to their homes and schools.
