LIVING IN AN UNHEALTHY ENVIORMENT WITH RATS

For the past 1yr or more, residents of Maple Crest Townhomes have been having to deal rodents in their living quarters. This is recognized by the community as an unhealthy and unacceptable enviorment. Due to the high increase in rent, we as tenants expect to live comfortably in a pest free enviroment. With the increase in our rent we as tenants trust the fact that Sawyer Realty will provide the community with professional and licensed exterminators to come to the units to control the situation. If the pest issue does not decrease we expect to be able to break our lease without being penalized by having to pay our rent.
