Make IVF Treatment via a Surrogate Claimable under the Medicare Act

Impending parents who are undergoing IVF treatment using a surrogate cannot claim any of their IVF treatment through Medicare.  This is wrong and discriminatory and we would like to see the law changed so every individual can afford to undergo IVF treatment, regardless if they can carry a child themselves or not.
