We, the Undersigned, do hereby plea to the government of the state of Maryland to abolish the absurd, unnecessary law that outlaws all oral sex within the state. This law deprives citizens and visitors to Maryland the right to give or recieve oral sex.
We, the Undersigned, believe this is a foolish and out-dated law. There is no need to outlaw what has become common practice. If our President does it (Former President of the United States William Clinton), it is crazy that our great state of Maryland still has a law prohibiting oral sex. As I personally do not believe the law is still acted upon, it makes our wonderful state look idiotic. Go to any website or find a writing about "absurd laws" and you will see that next to Maryland it will explain that MD has a law prohibiting oral sex. This information is available to the entire country.
Therefore, we, the Undersigned, DEMAND that the law which makes oral sex illegal be abolished and stricked from the record book at once.
