28 Heron Place, Sawtell has become a blight in our neighbourhood. With 3 fires in 1 week, culminating in a burnt out vehicle in the property's driveway on the night of Sunday 20th November we are all left feeling unsafe. These fires have all been lit during the night.
The ongoing hoarding and squalor of this property is a severe fire and environmental hazard opposite Boambee headland putting all local residents' safety at risk.
This petition is to make Coffs Harbour council stand up and support it's residents after ongoing issues with this property.
We are coming into both the busy tourist season and bush fire season, so we need to act fast to ensure that this threat to our community is contained and removed.
