Making tougher laws for youth in canada

Parents, teachers, the ministry of social services and the police need to have the rights to be tougher on youth in canada. We should be allowed to ground them. If they run away there should be hard consequences. If found drinking there should be charges. They should not be able to be emancapated at age 15 or 16. They should not be allowed to quit school until age of majority. If they need rehab we should be allowed to make that choice for them and keep them there until age of majority. Youth need consequences until age of majority just like adults do not a get off free pass. They think they have all the rights and it is time this ends. Or what kind of world will we have in 10-20 years. Juvy is not going to harm them if that is what it takes so be it.
