Metal Gear Solid musical theme

This petition and the undersigned respectfully demand that the main theme of the Metal Gear Solid franchise is kept and used in the fourth iteration; Metal Gear Solid 4. Since it's discovery that elements of the theme have been appropriated or plagiarised from it appears the theme may not be making a reappearance in this iteration. It is understood Russian classical composer Sviridov composed a very similar piece of music in 1974 as the sountrack for Pushkin's verse "Metel" and as a result parts of, or the entirety of the theme have been removed from MGS4. The theme has not been seen in any of the trailers released. This can be witnessed here:

The undersigned ask Kojima, his team and Konami to do all in their power to secure the rights to keep this theme - which has become a mainstay for the series. Without it, Metal Gear Solid 4 will not seem the same.
