Miniature-Giraffe Rights

Dear Senator/Representative ________,

All this miniature-giraffe business has to stop! Look at these poor animals! They don't want to be serving drinks at barbecues and being ridden by toddlers, like miniature camels! As my elected representative, I urge you to pass some very good laws to outlaw the sale and exploitation of miniature giraffes. If you pass such a law, I promise to wave to you when you drive by next Fourth of July. If you do not pass such a law, I will stick my thumb on my nose and wave my fingers at you.

This will indicate that I am not happy with you, elected person!
