This petition is directed towards Black Entertainment Networks (Viacom), Producers of Iron Ring, and anyone otherwise affiliated with Iron Ring.
The undersigned agrees:
1. Iron Ring, hosted by BET Networks is not the appropriate display of Mixed Martial Arts as a sport.
2. This is not the direction of the sport and Mixed Martial Arts.
3. There is a lack of professionalism involved with the show Iron Ring.
4. Producers, directors, team owners (rappers and crews), coaches, REFEREES, and audience of the show Iron Ring have a lack of knowledge of Mixed Martial Arts and the sport.
5. The show Iron Ring, produced by BET Networks should be discontinued immediately.
It took years to build the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. Fans and Mixed Martial Artist are attempting to keep it moving in the right direction. Iron Ring is setting back what most are working hard for. The Mixed Martial Arts community will continue pushing forward. This petition will raise awareness of the drawbacks (Iron Ring) in the Mixed Martial Arts community, and hopefully help to not let the sport take damages such as shows like this.

Iron Ring is honestly setting the views of MMA back quite a bit. People have worked very hard to give MMA a positive image and Iron Ring is pretty much destroying that image by the lack of knowledge and professionalism in the show.
