More safer under 18, entertainment centers. Weather tracking in the facilities.

This petition is to turn into California State Law, any entertainment facility for under age 18, senior citizens or disabled. Must have at least one weather station for indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, barometer, clock, wind chill, and comfort alarm. Optional readings for smog, and other pollutants.
Such as outdoor/indoor sports arenas, mini-golf, mini-kart racer, theme parks, amusement parks, temporary carnival rides, county fairs, public outdoor pools, and fast food out-door play areas.
With the collected information, it benefits the facility and customers with the following:
1. Safety of employees (Cal OSHA) and customers (Public Health), cases of sun burn, wind chill, out door exposure, heat related health problems, cold related health problems.
2. Buy documented and forecasting weather in the facility or areas locally, the entertainment company can stay open safer hours; increasing revenue and customer base in the State of California. While lowering weather related problems customers may have to deal with; including required medical attention.
