It's pretty simple, for those who are disguntle with the way MKA turned out, below is a list of improvements that Midway can use if considering a revisial/ remake of MKA. Here are the suggestions from the fans below...

MK Fighting Styles, Weapons, and Special Moves.
__________________________________________________________

1.) Smoke (Mi Tzu) and Mokap (Jeet Kune Do) should have one fighting style and one weapon stance as any other characters in the game. Give Smoke (Blue Pulse Blade) or (Blue Pulse staff) and Mokap (prop) as a weapon stance- from detox Each character having one fighting and weapon stance each, as well as an alt costume. Some of the non boss type characters have no weapon stance, and feature two fighting stances. We feel each character deserves to be treated equally, and we hope that if a revision were to occur that these characters without a weapon stance would be given one in place of their second fighting stance. We also hope for the inclusion of alternate costumes for those non boss characters who do not have them.

2.) Give Johnny Cage back his "Nutcracker" move (Special Move in MK1,MK2,MK3,UMK3,MK4)

6.) Jaxs should be given back his "Gotacha Grab" (Special move from MK2, MK3, MK4)

(Meaning, 2 or 3 characters do not share the same one.)

8.) All characters have their own recovery poses at the beginning at the round. (Meaning 2 or 3 characters do not share the same one.)

9.) All characters have their own indiviual Victory poses. (Meaning, 2 or 3 characters do not share the same one.)

10.) Since Smoke is considered as a "Scorpion copy", he should have as one of his special moves the lasso that Jarek uses in this installment of MKA. Give Jarek back his Tri-blade and Psycho ball move (MK4 Special move, MK:TE Special move from Kano).

11.) Give Kira the Aikido fighting style instead of the one she uses for MKA (If she is suppose to be a hybrid of Kano and Sonya, given her one of Kano MKDA fighting styles would make sense.)

12.) Give Sub-Zero his Ice Shaker move (Reason for this, when in the Lui Kuei temple when Noob and Smoke shadow army attack them, he uses this move on the minions, but is not in any of his move list in the actual game play)

13.) Taven and Daegon should have one Drakesword each. (For the story sake)

14.) Changing Taven fighting style back to Sambo. (Reason for this is, Daegon fighting style is Fu Jow Pai, not Red dragon)

General Issues
____________________________________________________________
1. While the Kreate a fatality system was a great ideal, there is great appeal for traditional fatalities (1-2 per character) to return to cast. The Kustom fatalities get pretty old after awhile compared to the traditional fatality system.

2. The traditional fatalities could be taken from the pervious installments such as MK4, MKDA, and MKD.
___________________________________________________________
3. Hara-Kiris to possibility make a return?

4. Keep the Kustom fatalities for the KaKs

5. Glitches in the game need to be fixed. I.e.; When a player is recovering from a knock down attack, it seems that the player is unable to move or block properly, allowing the opponent a series of free hits. Other game play glitches exist as well, and this would be a good opportunity to make corrections. Not to mention reexamine the breaker system, which seem to be able to break anything anytime.

6. Many fans have suggested the ideal of a Tag Team mode in the revision. Much like Tekken Tag, or what was used in UMK3, MKT, and MK4. Of course with the tagging in and out feature.

7. A lot of fans thought for nostalgia reason to bring back, Test your might if this revision occurs.

8. Some like Motor Kombat, some think its a waste of disc space. If possible could it be on a separate disc or removed from the game?

9. Some complain about Sareenas Projectile attack has less recovery time. If possible, could this be toned down as well as Kung Laos low sword attack Juggles?

10. Another complaint among the fans and myself, a much better Practice mode options. There are no hit indicators for your attacks (high, low, mid). No options for the practice dummy (block, jump, tech roll, 2nd player, crouch, throw, combo string, etc).

11. Many fans had suggested that if a revision were to occur, that Khameleon should be Chameleon alternative outfit and playing as her and beating the game, she would have her own fighting style (I.e;Wing Chun, Crab, Judo), Weapon stance (Three section staff), biography, ending, throw, special moves, etc.

12. A "no bosses" room for online play

13. Moloch/Onaga/Blaze needs some toning down. They are ridiculously overpowering in versus matches.

14. At the selection screen before you pick your character of choice, some of the fans have suggested that the characters should be in their fighting stance when viewing through them. Only after the player makes a selection of who they wish to play as, the character of choice then should do their victory pose. (This was done in MK1, MK2, MK3, UMK3, MK4)

15. A personal suggestion from myself. Scorpion could spit out some Japanese phrases or one such as... ODIE (O.e.day) = "Get over here!" He is Japanese, right?

16. A suggestion among fans would be to have a hard/soft back book called MK: Eulogies are whatever. It would be a book that has to do with the canonical bios of all MK characters from MK:Mythologies Sub-Zero-Mortal Kombat Armageddon, History of Mortal Kombat, list of Special moves, fighting styles, and weapon stances. Illustrations would be nice, the book length would be about 100-200 pages, and a price range of purchase would be $25.00-$30.00.

Konquest mode and Biography Issues

1. Full characters biographies (Character bios will explain the individual character whole history from when they first appeared in a certain MK game to the current involvement in the Mortal Kombat Armageddon storyline.) These are important to the story, the storytelling having always been a strong point in Mortal Kombat history. This would also be a great opportunity to learn the outcome of Mortal Kombat Deception as well.

2. Bring back the Ending still animations used in MKDA and MKD (Explaining what happens to each character once you beat it), or FMV's. New endings for each character. Armageddon was very clearly stated from the beginning to be the game that once and for all tied up all the loose ends for the cast and defined would survive and who would be put to rest. Unfortunately, there seems to be multiple characters defeating Blaze, very few, or even no endings corresponding with those of others to give us the finality in story for this generation as it was always said to have. We feel as the last game of this generation consoles, proper closure to our beloved characters is needed if we are to be saying goodbye to the majority of them. As it stands now, its a hodgepodge of results that make little and by majority, no sense at all.

3. In the FMV's and game play, Quan Chi still has the amulet on him when Onaga was the one that took it from him in the first place. Replace that with his MK4 Yin/Yang symbol.

4. Character Kata's should be used for viewing pleasure and unlocked through purchase in the Krypt, or after beating the Arcade mode. It should be selectable on the main menu to view them. (This would be equivalent to Soul Calibur 3 Weapon Demonstration mode)

5. For whatever reason Sareena is working along with Quan Chi and the brother hood of Shadows, this conflicts with her alignment of being on the side of Good. She was fighting Taven in the Konquest mode, the fans and I have a feeling that she was not meant to be in that scene in the first place. If there is a revision, many fans suggest that taking her out of the fight and have the other two brother hood of shadows members (Kia and Jatteka) fight Taven. Then another suggestion from many others would be, you could have the brotherhood of shadow members that served Quan Chi in the MK: Conquest show in place to fight Taven. I am referring to, Mika, Sora and Sianne.

6. A suggestion from many of the fans and I. We would like the scene of Taven fighting the Shinyrui and Scorpion in Konquest mode taking out, and replacing it involving Taven fighting Jade and Edenia imperial guards. We have to ask a question for this to show our reason for this suggestion. Why would Scorpion want to kill Taven just because it was the Elder Gods that did him wrong when resurrecting his clan as the undead? He has nothing against Taven personally, and it only makes sense that his vice is with the Elder Gods. Scorpion looks more like a murderer and this is another attempt to try to make him look cool, like the boss battle in MK: Shaolin Monks. Certainly his feud with Quan Chi is not done and dealt with yet. It could have made more sense if Taven would have run into Jade in the Edenia ruins, before he fought Daegon. Fought off some Edenia imperial guards are something for trespassing on sacred grounds.

7. Since the old bio of Rain states that his father was a general of the Edenia army who was killed during Shao Kahn invasion, Argus is now his father. So this would mean, Rain mother was a general of King Jerrod army before Shao Kahn invaded Edenia, or she had some royal status in the Edenian kingdom.

8. In Konquest mode, Taven trains in the Obelisk against Jarek. A suggestion from many fans would be that Taven could face off against some computer generated KAF? That would make sense, because Jarek is being used in this sense is pretty much a common no name thug.

9. Due to the lack of Bios in MKA, and with this revision. The part where Taven fights Sheeva, Kintaro and earlier in the obelisk Motaro...they were all apparitions that Shinnok came up with test Taven's skills. So to make sense for their appearance in the game opening FMV, the 3 characters had to obviously been killed, Kinatro vaporized by Raiden in MK2 (Prima Strategy guide for MK3 states this), Motaro killed by Sheeva, and Sheeva killed by Shao Kahn for her treachery. Then they had to be brought back to life by Shinnok to fight on the forces of evil. Motaro obviously does not have his 2 extra legs due to some spell that the Shokans had put on his people when he was dead. So being brought back to life, this spell took effect on him. These are assumptions from the fans, but seem most likely logical.

10. When Taven frees Shinjunko from his cell after fighting off the executioner, some thing needs to be explained what happen to Shinjunko...he was there too to stop Onaga and the others from carrying out their plans.

11. An explanation how Shang Tsung survived the blast in the opening movie of Deception? Perhaps he used some special skill to release all the souls he carried to live, or Onaga revived him for some reason.
___________________________________________________________
12. An explanation why Quan Chi is alive. Many fans believe it is because he teleported moments before the blast when Raiden let off his ethereal essences in attempt to destroy Onaga. Or, Onaga revived him for some reason as well.
___________________________________________________________
13. An explanation why Reptile and Onaga are separated now? Many fans would assume that because of Scorpion/Shinjunko, or one of them destroying the Kamidogu's caused some sort of adverse effect to cause the two to be separated. Many assumptions are that Reptile serves Onaga now due to the dream of having his race resurrected by him.

14. An explanation why Reptile is at the Red Dragon lair. Many fans assume that he was voluntary participating in the experiments which the Red Dragon used samples of his DNA to conduct on their own member to make, Hybrid dragon-men.

15. An explanation why Frost was in the Lin Kuei temple, when in the Deception storyline that she was let on an altar of the Cyromancers after Sub-Zero found the Dragon Armor.

16. An explanation why Hsu Hao is alive? Many fans would assume that Jaxs did kill him, and since Daegon had ties with Shinnok, he was revived for the final battle between good and evil. Or, Jaxs never encounter Hsu Hao and their battle would come some other day.

17. An explanation about Nitara and her involvement in MKA. Many fans would assume that her realm was never separated at the end from MKDA, or her realm was and she decided to join in the fight to reap the benefits for her people.
___________________________________________________________
18. Some thing many fans and I have noticed, in the opening FMV for MKA, Smoke is fighting along the side of Good against Nitara, as Noob Saibot is fighting along the side of Evil against Ashrah. In Konquest mode, Taven had defeated Noob Saibot and he was left in the care of Sub-Zero where he could smack some sense into Noob Saibot, to help reform him. It is never explained if he left the Lin Kuei temple and went to go fight with the others. Smoke we can understand, his programming was altered by Noob when he found him making him Evil. Though this contradicts with the opening FMV entirely.

Kreate-a-Kombatant
___________________________________________________________

1. Perhaps exploring the idea of multiple Kreated Fighters per profile, with access to a smaller select screen just for them when high lighting the KaK icon on the overall select screen. This would possibly eliminate the need for a second KaK icon on the character select screen, as both player 1 and 2 profiles could be sectioned up on a smaller screen.

2. Another suggestion was that the placement of the KaK icon in the middle of the Character selection would even out the rows more.

3. Maybe 6 - 8 per KaK profile?

4. The loss of the second KaK icon on the select screen would also leave a spot for the addition of Khameleon.

5. In the extra feature, the possibility of the Kak being able for the player to make an in-game Biography and an Ending Biography as well.

6. More variety in the choices in weapons when assigning to your KaK, from stances and weapon types.

7. If possible, lets not forget that if a revision would occur, the possibility to add some new parts or moves to the KaK appearance and attacks menus. Make other MK characters like The original Kung-Lao, Taja, Siro, Kiri, Vorpax, Mika, Jattaka, Kia, Tremor, Tasia, No Face

8. Many of the fans and I had thought of away to make the KaK feature more interactive. When creating a KaK, the player should be able to have a choice of selecting from a height scale like how tall the character should be, and how much the character should weigh, and different body types, for male and female characters. (Muscular, Fat, Skinny, etc.)

ARENAS

1.) If possible, as many fans have suggested that, for all of the arenas in the game have their own individual soundtrack. I.e. 2-3 Stages NOT sharing the same stage music. You could possibly use the soundtracks from the first 4 MK games to use for some of the arenas.

2.) Another technical suggestion from a few of the fans is, Death traps should only be available for finishing moves. There should be ways of using the environment to damage your opponent, but outright killing him should either be limited to 'Finish Him/Her' OR during the second or third round (after you already won a round). Being able to use a death trap in round one is kind of silly. It would make sense in the second or third round (after your character already was one win) because if you manage a death trap, your opponent won't magically be okay for another round.)

I don't think many fans would be pleased if the Wii verison get's all the additions compared to all the other console owners...how robbed we would feel.
