We the undersigned, the exhibitors at MOTHEXA 07, collectively raise our demand to the organisers, claiming equitable refund for our fees of participation because the trade show failed to run the proper marketing campaign to attract enough traffic to the trade show, as claimed in the announcement. We consider that the management of the trade show organisers mislead us to participate. We consider this petition as a group effort to open a dialogue with the organisers as a first step to seek compensation. If the management fail to revert to us with a proper solution, we reserve our rights to take this mater to the court, media or any other legal means to secure our right in the compensation.
