NCAA Division I-A College Football playoffs

NCAA I-A College football needs a playoff sytem. Every year there is controversry. I have a solution that would solve everything. First I would make all the Independant teams pick a conference. There are 11 conferences five of those conferences has two divisions. That is 16 divisions. I would have the top two teams from each division play in a playoff system. That would be 32 teams. I would make the games the bowl games. That would be 31 bowl games. Currently there are 32 bowl games, so one game may have to be dropped. So the division championship and the Conference championships will be bowl games. The conferences with two divisions will have a division playoff and a conference playoff. That would be 14 games in the season. So that would mean there will be no bye weeks. Except for the 6 teams that do not have two divisions. The system will be 16-8-4-2-1. 16-8 would play before the end of the season. The remaining games would play after finals. Currently there is 3 weeks of bowl games that would remain the same.
