New RE Game, Featuring the RE4 Merchant

Dear Capcom,

We, the fans of the Resident Evil series have been very happy with your games that you have released to the public. However, after playing the game of Resident Evil 4, we feel that a game based around the weapons merchant would be a very interesting and compelling game. So I, a Resident Evil fan, have taken the liberty of making this online petition to show how much support this potential game will have if you so choose to make it.

If you do not see the appeal in this potential game, I shall explain it for you. Despite being a very minor character in the game, the quirky speech and enigmatic nature of the merchant has still gained the attention of RE fans everywhere. I have seen people in real life and on the internet constantly doing their impersonations of the merchant, which is quite phenomenal taking his minor role in the game. It's even gone as far as having X-play, a nationally broadcasted show, show a skit exclusively based around him.

But what is the back story of this intriguing character? What exactly is he all about? We, the fans, would like to know. So we propose the creation of a new Resident Evil game with this merchant, explaining his history and perhaps an insight into the character he really is.
