North American Release of Ace Attorney Investigations 2

In a recent questions-and-answers session, Christian Svensson, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Capcom US, was asked if "Gyakuten Kenji 2", commonly translated as "Ace Attorney Investigations 2", the sixth game in the fan-acclaimed Ace Attorney series and sequel to the well-recieved "Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth", would see release outside of the Japanese market, to which his answer was that no, it would not be released as a Nintendo DS game in the West. He later clarified that this decision was due to localization costs surpassing projected sales.

We, fans and followers of the Ace Attorney series, and all signers of this petition, hereby request Capcom US to rethink its decision, and localize and publish "Ace Attorney Investigations 2" in the North American market, and with it, the European market too, either as a Nintendo DS retail release, or as a Nintendo 3DS retail or downloadable release, or any other format Capcom US may see fit, as long as the game is completely available in the Western markets in English.
